• Assist with planning, procedures, and department standards; enforce policies.
• Develop metrics to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain shift reports and timekeeping accuracy in Kronos.
• Provide feedback and training to employees; identify resource needs.
• Monitor quality and quantity against standards; address issues promptly.
• Manage resources within budget; coordinate with other departments to prevent production disruption.
• Participate in safety meetings and safety projects to maintain a safe workplace.
• Contribute to hiring, counseling, and disciplinary actions as needed with HR support.
• Maintain records of improvements, performance metrics, and outcomes.
