Job summary

Volt is hiring Production Technicians in La Vergne, TN. The role involves testing and diagnosing servers, repairing parts, and documenting issues. You will use varied tools, disassemble/reassemble units, order parts, and ensure proper labeling while entering data into the QMS system.

This full-time position requires lifting up to 50 pounds and English communication. The ideal candidate holds a High School Diploma or equivalent and can work the listed shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Test and diagnostics of servers and components.

Move Forward with Volt! Volt is immediately hiring Multiple Production Technicians in La Vergne, TN.

As a Production Technician, you will:

• Test and diagnostics of servers and components.
• Repair or replace parts as necessary for servers
• Troubleshoots technical issues and complete applicable documentation.
• Use of tools and test equipment of various types, to diagnose issues servers
• Disassembles and/or reassembles units according to the applicable work instructions.
• Orders correct parts using the proper procedures.
• Tests unit according to work instructions and process flows.
• Responsible for inspecting products to ensure they are labeled correctly.
• Responsible for completing applicable paperwork completely and accurately.
• Responsible for entering repair data accurately into the QMS shop floor system
• Document and communicate repair issues to engineering
• Data Collection and analysis for use in problem solving a continuous improvement
• Other duties as assigned by management.

This is a Full-time, long-term opportunity.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday 1st shift
• Schedule A - 6am - 2:30pm
• Schedule B - 7:00am-3:30pm
• 2nd shift
• Schedule A - 3:30pm - 12am
• Schedule B - 4:30pm-1:00am
• 3rd shift
• Schedule A - Sunday 8pm - 6:30am / Monday - Thursday 12am - 6:30am
• Schedule B - Monday - Friday 11pm - 6am

The ideal candidate will have:

• CompTIA A+ Certification is required,
• Able to Lift 50 Pounds repetitively

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Pay Rate: $25.50 - $31.88 per hour - depending on shift
