Job Overview:

$2,500 Sign-On Bonus!

Shift: N2: Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, with alternating Saturdays, from 6:30pm - 7:00am

Spartanburg operation is a state-of-the-art coffee roasting and pod packaging facility, hosting a full beverage distribution center. It is the largest KDRP manufacturing and distribution location, operating on TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), Lean manufacturing principles, and High Performance Teams. The site utilizes advanced enterprise IT and manufacturing systems with automated equipment.

Production Technician Line Lead

The Production Technician Line Leader (Production Technician II) maintains and monitors machinery to maximize production, safety, and quality, applying manufacturing process knowledge to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and culture.

Responsibilities:
  • Performance: Achieve excellence across safety, quality, and production metrics.
  • Safety: Strive for zero injuries, model safe behaviors, participate in safety audits and training, and support safety initiatives.
  • Quality: Aim for zero-defect performance, ensure compliance with quality standards, and support customer satisfaction.
  • Production: Support continuous improvement, address equipment issues, and collaborate with maintenance and quality teams.
Environmental and Team Engagement:
  • TPM and Kaizen: Support TPM initiatives, participate in Kaizen activities, and collaborate with maintenance on preventive tasks.
  • Teamwork: Contribute positively to Mini Business Unit and High Performing Team structures, communicate effectively, and demonstrate professionalism and cooperation.
Total Rewards:
  • Starting pay at $27.43/hr, increasing to $28.85/hr after 6 months.
  • Shift premiums: Wed. $1/hr, Thurs. $1/hr, Fri. $2/hr, Sat. $2/hr.
  • Sign-on bonus of $2,500.
Benefits:

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years manufacturing experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Prefer experience with WES, MES, and SAP.
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Basic math and mechanical skills.
  • Ability to learn MES and WES responsibilities, stand for long periods, and lift up to 75 pounds.
