Baxter is seeking a Production Technician I for the Marion, NC site. Responsibilities include operating filling equipment, weighing materials, performing cleaning, and maintaining documentation in a fast-paced cleanroom environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 18+ years old.
• CRC Silver level preferred.
• Production technician or manufacturing experience beneficial.
• Basic English communication skills required.
• Read and follow safety instructions and work instructions.
• Ability to perform basic math and use measurement tools.
• Proficient with a calculator and basic hand tools.
• Basic computer skills for logs and records.

Responsabilités

• Operate and monitor filling equipment with manual/auto controls.
• Reuse production supplies and manage PIT movements.
• Perform routine maintenance and TPM-related tasks.
• Adjust processes to meet production demands and schedule.
• Conduct quality checks and stop production if deviations occur.
• Inspect finished product for quality standards.
• Document batch changes and manufacturing logs.
• Identify and address equipment inefficiencies and setup issues.
• Read blueprints and measure products to ensure specs.
• Train new associates and support supervisors on line staff.
