Job summary

Vylor, located at a Corteva site in Connecticut, is hiring a Production Technician for our Litchfield facility. You will run process equipment, collect data for improvements, and support maintenance while working with forklifts and digital systems.

This role requires teamwork, safety focus, and adaptability to seasonal shifts. Qualifications include a HS diploma or GED (GED obtainable), ability to lift 50 lbs, and comfort with Excel/Outlook.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with ability to obtain GED if required.
• Willingness to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Comfortable working outdoors/indoors in varying conditions.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Able to work independently and in a team setting.
• Able to drive a company vehicle to field locations.

Responsibilities

• Run a variety of process equipment.
• Ensure compliance with Quality Plan Work Instructions and Quality Plan requirements.
• Collect and record data for continuous improvement projects and production records.
• Support preventative maintenance and other general repair tasks.
• Assist with warehousing activities including forklift operation.
• Use automation and computerized systems to perform tasks.
• Perform field management activities, scouting, and maintain external relationships.
• Assist with harvest activities and lead work areas as needed.
• Take on other duties as assigned.
