Job summary

Marvin is hiring a production associate in a climate-controlled facility where safety comes first. You will learn all aspects of the role, assemble windows, and work with your team in a supportive environment.

Expect shifts with overtime. Starting pay ranges from $18.50 to $22.50 per hour, with opportunities for raises after six months and a built-in pay system as you gain experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Good written and spoken English communication.
• Ability to read and follow visual and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products using tools and automated equipment.
• Communicate clearly in English with the team.
• Read instructions on a computer screen to retrieve parts and deliver to lines.
• Troubleshoot mechanical or material issues with supervisor.
• Cross-train in multiple departments to add variety and earnings.
