Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Production Associate to build windows in a climate-controlled, safety-first facility in the United States. You will be trained across processes, work with a team, and move throughout the day performing assembly tasks using automated equipment.

The role emphasizes clear English communication, reading instructions, and collaborating with supervision to troubleshoot issues. Several shifts include overtime with competitive hourly pay and abundant benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products using tools and automated equipment, including drilling holes, measuring parts, cutting parts, or using a saw.
• Communicate clearly in English both orally and in writing to carry out job functions and work with your team.
• Read visual and written instructions on a computer screen to retrieve parts and deliver to production lines.
• Work closely with your supervisor to troubleshoot any mechanical or material issues.
• Crosstrain in multiple departments, adding variety to your workday and more money to your paycheck.
