Job summary

Marvin is seeking a production associate to join its team in a climate-controlled facility with safety as a priority. You will be trained across all aspects of the role, building windows and supporting production lines with accurate parts handling and clear communication in English.

Expect shifts with mandatory overtime, competitive hourly pay, and a path to growth through cross-training and a built-in pay raise after 6 months. Marvin offers strong benefits and teamwork.

• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products using tools and automated equipment, including drilling holes, measuring parts, cutting parts, or using a saw.
• Read visual and written instructions on a computer screen to retrieve parts and deliver to production lines.
• Work closely with your supervisor to troubleshoot mechanical or material issues.
• Crosstrain in multiple departments to add variety and increase earning potential.
