Job summary

Marvin, a family-owned window and door company, invites you to join as a production associate in our climate-controlled facility where safety comes first. You’ll be trained across production steps, building windows with hands-on tasks and automated equipment, while earning competitive hourly pay and overtime.

Shifts run Monday–Thursday or Friday–Sunday with overtime; wages range from $18.50 to $22.50 per hour, with benefits starting day one and a built-in pay raise after six months.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products using tools and automated equipment.
• Communicate clearly in English to carry out functions and work with your team.
• Read visual and written instructions on a computer screen to retrieve parts.
• Troubleshoot mechanical or material issues with supervisor.
• Cross-train in multiple departments to add variety and earnings.
