Job summary

Marvin is hiring a production associate to join a climate-controlled, safety-first facility where you'll be trained in every aspect of the role and move throughout the day assembling windows with tools and automated equipment.

You will work shifts with overtime, earn competitive pay starting at $18.50 to $22.50 per hour, receive health benefits from day one, paid time off, and a built-in pay raise after six months, plus a range of wellbeing and profit-sharing programs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products using tools and automated equipment.
• Communicate clearly in English both orally and in writing to carry out job functions and work with your team.
• Read visual and written instructions on a computer screen to retrieve parts and deliver to production lines.
• Work closely with your supervisor to troubleshoot any mechanical or material issues.
• Crosstrain in multiple departments, adding variety to your workday and more money to your paycheck.
