Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a Production Technician I to execute manufacturing processes on formulation, encapsulation, and packaging lines with supervision. You will set up equipment, monitor operations, and resolve issues per GMP standards to meet OEE targets.

You will identify improvement opportunities, document changes in procedures, and maintain a clean, audit-ready production area while following safety rules and AbbVie behaviors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical certificate or degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of general manufacturing experience preferred with cGMP knowledge.
• Ability to train colleagues and follow GMP policies.

Responsibilities

• Set up, run, blow, clean, and clear equipment per batch records.
• Troubleshoot process issues; perform in-process quality checks.
• Operate multiple unit operations and meet daily production targets.
• Directly responsible for maintaining safe, audit-ready area and equipment.
• Train colleagues on equipment and processes as needed.
• Adhere to ALCOA, GMP, and safety guidelines.
