Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 2–3 years of cGMP manufacturing experience.
• Strong technical aptitude with ability to troubleshoot and communicate issues.
• Basic computer skills; ability to learn new programs.
• Understanding of quality and site procedures.
• Familiar with SAP, MAXIMO, and POMs.

Responsibilities

• Set up, run, blow, clean, and clear equipment per batch records.
• Operate multiple unit operations and monitor processes.
• Trains colleagues on equipment and processes.
• Maintain audit-ready production area and follow ALCOA and GMP.
• Communicate operational events to appropriate resources.
• Follow EH&S procedures.
