Job summary

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in manufacturing with at least 2 years in a leadership role and a high-school diploma. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential in our safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years in manufacturing.
• 2+ years in a leadership role preferred.
• Computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing safe work practices.
• Providing direction and coordinating activities relating to production.
