Job summary

RS is seeking a Production Manager to lead our manufacturing facility, directing daily plant activities and scaling production while ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

You will coach supervisors, drive Lean initiatives, and partner with Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance to optimize processes and performance through growth. This hands-on role requires strong leadership and a continuous improvement mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading manufacturing teams through growth or scale-up.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma; Black Belt is a strong asset.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily plant operations and scale-up production capacity.
• Lead and mentor supervisors and production teams for safe, efficient operations.
• Drive a proactive safety culture and regulatory compliance.
• Manage production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Implement Lean and continuous improvement to reduce costs and increase scalability.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance to uphold standards and troubleshoot.
• Foster development and coaching across teams.
