• Ability to work with systems including timekeeping, RF/bar-coding, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Identify and remove obstacles that interfere with operators' standard work.
• Support daily production by quickly containing and escalating problems.
• Drive continuous improvement and document countermeasures.
• Develop and support quality initiatives to achieve top quality and service.
• Lead daily team meetings and coach operators in lean principles.
