Polaris Inc. is seeking a Lean Manufacturing specialist in Huntsville to drive PPS improvements across manufacturing operations.

You will coach teams in Lean methods, facilitate Kaizen events, and partner with engineering, quality and supply to strengthen daily management and process flow. You will lead value stream mapping, standard work, Kanban implementations, and data-driven improvements across safety, quality, cost, and delivery metrics, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field plus 3 years in manufacturing or continuous improvement.
• Experience leading Kaizen events and implementing standard work.
• Strong data-driven approach to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

Responsabilités

• Lead Lean Manufacturing and PPS improvements across production and support teams.
• Identify opportunities to enhance safety, quality, delivery, cost and productivity.
• Facilitate Kaizen events and cross-functional problem solving.
• Support value stream mapping and future-state planning for material flow.
• Coach leaders in Lean methods and daily management, including PDCA and 5 Whys.
• Strengthen daily management, process confirmation routines and performance tracking.
• Implement Kanban, pull systems, and 5S practices.
• Measure and report improvements using key manufacturing metrics.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and disciplined standards.
