Polaris Huntsville is seeking operators to support daily production with a focus on productivity, quality, and continuous improvement. The role involves removing obstacles, escalating issues, and maintaining standard work while supporting cross‑training and team leadership within a Lean culture.

Candidates should be able to lift up to 40 lbs, work overtime as needed, and use systems such as AS400, Kronos, and RF/barcode tech.

Qualifications

• Understanding of manufacturing environments and processes.
• Ability to use timekeeping systems (AS400, Kronos) and barcoding tech.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Identify and remove obstacles affecting operator standard work.
• Support production by containing problems on the line.
• Drive continuous improvement and escalate issues.
• Develop and support quality initiatives in the department.
• Document problems for root cause analysis and countermeasures.
• Audit operator standard work compliance and provide feedback.
• Maintain 5S visual management and improve processes.
• Lead daily team meetings and coordinate cross‑training.
