Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with preferred technical certification or associates degree.
• 1 year of Team Lead or Supervisory experience preferred; production tech progression encouraged.
• Internal experience: 6 months as Production Technician I in Front to Back End.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety procedures and maintain housekeeping.
• Safely operate and maintain tools and equipment to achieve quality output.
• Provide on-the-job training and lead team on assignments.
• Monitor process data and SPC to maintain process control.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Ensure proper inventory and waste disposal; support shift changes.
