Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preference for Associate degree or certificate in a technical discipline.
• 1+ year of manufacturing experience; other relevant experience may count (warehousing, textile, agriculture, or material inspection).
• Internal candidates: 60 credits of internal manufacturing-related training and supervisor endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Safely operates and maintains tools and equipment to meet quality and productivity targets.
• Performs basic maintenance and addresses intermediate alarms.
• Monitors process data and alarms, escalating when needed.
• Interacts with machine control panels and factory computer systems.
• Provides on-the-job training to team members when requested.
• Works with cross functional teams to run approved tests and problem-solve.
