The ideal candidate holds a High School Diploma or GED and meets one of six supervisory criteria; duties include training, timekeeping in Kronos, inventory control and cross‑department collaboration.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must meet one of the six supervisory criteria listed.
• Two years supervisory experience in manufacturing/production or related fields.
• Four years supervisory experience with two years in manufacturing/production.
• Experience in a cost-efficient production environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production of Photovoltaic modules in accordance with quality standards and cost targets.
• Coordinate on-the-job training of manufacturing associates.
• Maintain all associate records in Solar Connect.
• Accurately track timekeeping in Kronos.
• Maintain product inventory accuracy.
• Utilize Theory of Constraints (TOC) to maximize throughput.
• Lead continuous improvement activities and collaborate with other departments.
• Conduct performance appraisals and manage day-to-day issues.
