Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Associate degree or technical certificates preferred.
• 1+ year experience as Coater Technician I is required.
• Technician Supervisor recommendation is required.
• Strong safety mindset and quality focus.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety procedures and maintain good housekeeping.
• Safely operate and maintain tools and equipment to meet qualified output.
• Complete required training within the specified timeframe.
• Provide or coordinate on-the-job training for team members.
• Lead team assignments and support issue resolution.
• Perform maintenance with hand tools and instrumentation.
• Operate forklift and crane as trained and certified when required.
• Monitor process data and make decisions to maintain process control.
• Escalate issues with clear communication and recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to run tests and solve problems.
