This salary-exempt role directs a front-line production team to meet safety, quality and efficiency goals while ensuring compliance with FDA/USDA and company policies. Responsibilities include scheduling, attendance tracking, performance reviews, and cross-functional coordination with HR, Safety, Quality and Maintenance to drive continuous improvement and lean operations in a fast-paced food

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years related work experience including some supervisory exposure.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Knowledge of production processes, quality control and lean concepts.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of front-line employees to meet daily production requirements.
• Supervises scheduling, attendance tracking and time-off approvals.
• Coordinates with HR, Safety, Maintenance, Quality, and Finance to meet production goals.
• Ensures safety, compliance with FDA/USDA rules and company policies.
