Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years related work experience with a leading role included in the 4 years related work experience.
• Must be able to read and write English; experience in food processing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-line employees to meet daily production requirements.
• Schedule, track attendance, and approve time off for direct reports.
• Maintain inventory records and requisition supplies as necessary.
• Promote a safe work environment and ensure policy compliance.
• Apply LEAN concepts to improve processes and reduce waste.
