Job summary

Bel Fuse Inc. is seeking a hands-on Production Team Lead to motivate and support a team to achieve safety, quality, and production goals while driving continuous improvement.

You will provide on-going training, lead employees with high quality standards, and support projects as directed by the Supervisor. The role requires applying knowledge to improve productivity and quality, and implementing ISO/Lean manufacturing methods.

What You’ll Need:

• Minimum three years’ experience in manufacturing setting.


• Prior leadership experience preferred.
