Job summary

Opportunity Partners, a mission-focused nonprofit in Minnesota, is hiring a Production Team Lead to supervise a team of Warehouse Associates, ensuring the production line is set up correctly and tear-down is efficient.

You will oversee 10–20 staff, record production counts and attendance, train on new product lines, set up and tear down lines, manage material flow, coordinate with Customer Service and external clients on schedules, and operate a forklift with training provided.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of manufacturing experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 10–20 Warehouse Associates.
• Record and document production counts, attendance and progress toward goals.
• Train and coach staff on new product lines.
• Set up, stage, and tear-down assembly lines.
• Count and track raw materials and finished goods daily and weekly.
• Collaborate with Customer Service and external clients on production schedules.
• Operate forklift (training provided and certification).
• Load and unload trucks and prepare shipping/receiving documentation.
