Job summary

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years leading production teams, strong communication, and hands-on experience with Microsoft Office. Forklift certification is a plus. This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Hope, MN.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years lead experience in assembly, packaging or manufacturing.
• Experience directing daily work of hourly/shift workers.
• Experience using Microsoft Office products.
• Forklift certified or ability to obtain forklift certificate.

Responsibilities

• Ensures and enforces safety requirements and documentation.
• Layout and organize physical workstations to maximize workflow and efficiency.
• Troubleshoots missing parts or conflicting information.
• Trains and coaches employees on procedures and equipment.
• Maintains program work schedule with building manager.
• Drives production numbers and quality auditing.
• Leads the team to improve productivity and quality.
• Champions continuous improvement and problem solving.
• Keeps equipment maintained and efficient.
• Participates in daily production as workload dictates.
