Job summary

Maker's Pride, LLC is seeking a Production Lead to oversee pre-op and tear down, coordinate line setup, and monitor production schedules. The role requires strong communication and the ability to train staff, ensure quality, and maintain accurate records.

The candidate should be able to read and interpret documents, perform basic math, and work safely on the plant floor. Weekend/overtime flexibility is requested.

• Basic math, data entry, and attention to detail required.
• Ability to work with multiple departments and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pre-op and tear down; coordinate lines setup.
• Review production issues and schedules with other departments.
• Assign personnel to work stations and provide training as needed.
• Ensure specification compliance and maintain legible records.
• Cross-train across lead areas and work safely on the floor.
