Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or assembly.
• Leadership, trainer, or team lead experience.
• Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment with quality and productivity standards.
• Ability to perform production worker and trainer responsibilities.
• Strong communication, math, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily production operations to meet quality, safety, and productivity goals.
• Train, coach, and mentor production workers and trainers to ensure success on the production floor.
• Monitor workflow, production rates, and quality standards while identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Complete production documentation, end-of-shift reports, and maintain accurate production records.
• Maintain organized inventory, coordinate materials, and help prevent production downtime.
• Promote a safe, clean, and organized work environment by following OSHA guidelines, GMPs, and 5S initiatives.
• Operate production equipment and assist with troubleshooting production challenges.
• Collaborate with Production Coordinators and team members to solve problems and improve efficiency.
