Job summary

Cryopak is seeking an evening shift Production Team Lead to oversee the production crew and ensure operations run efficiently, safely, and aligned with production goals. You will support daily activities, maximize productivity, and coach team members on SOPs.

The role requires supervising a team in manufacturing, strong planning skills, and a commitment to quality and safety. The position emphasizes continuous improvement and effective communication with maintenance and operators.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 to 2 years of experience supervising or leading a production team in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth execution of production operations during the shift.
• Review daily production schedules and distribute production documents to operators.
• Ensure production employees have the equipment, materials, and resources required to start and complete their work according to schedule.
• Train employees on standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance with established processes.
• Support employee development through ongoing coaching and training.
• Monitor production flow, work priorities, and performance indicators to achieve production targets.
• Analyze operational results and recommend solutions to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity.
• Participate in and support continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.
• Act as the liaison between Production and Maintenance to minimize downtime and resolve operational issues.
• Support the onboarding and training of new employees.
• Promote and enforce health and safety standards at all times.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and results-oriented work environment.
