Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking a Warehouse Lead for night shifts in Minnesota. The role oversees general operations, scale maintenance, and inventory accuracy, with hands-on forklift use and Telxon-based order fulfillment.

You’ll ensure safety, sanitation, and timely shipping while supporting a team in a cold environment. Ideal candidates bring leadership experience, forklift certification, scanner experience, basic Excel/Word/email skills, and ability to lift 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience required.
• Pallet Jack or forklift certification.
• Hand held scanner experience.
• Basic computer skills: Excel, Word, and email.

Responsibilities

• Operate general and basic maintenance of auto scale.
• Perform manual scaling at reweigh station.
• Assist with rework and identify cases for return.
• Submit daily scale adjustment reports to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Rotate stock as required and operate forklift safely.
• Load trucks with equipment and manually up to 50 lbs per case.
• Fill customer orders accurately using Telxon equipment.
• Maintain clean and sanitized work area daily.
• Report shipping problems to Supervisor and follow instructions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
