Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily duties of hourly associates in manufacturing
• Interview, hire, and train associates
• Plan, assign, and direct work to achieve high efficiency and quality
• Appraise performance and provide feedback
• Address complaints and resolve problems
• Builds positive associate morale and develops leaders
• Enforce company policies and procedures and ensure safety standards
• Monitor records for accuracy and stock levels and ensure CMMS/PLMS usage
