The role requires strong leadership, planning, and communication as you interview, hire, and train associates, schedule work, and monitor time approvals.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising warehouse operations and teams.
• Ability to interview, hire, and train associates.
• Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with OSHA or safety training and compliance.
• Ability to read, write and speak English; reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift in shipping, loading, receiving, storage, inventory accuracy, productivity, quality, and safety.
• Interview, hire, and train associates; plan, assign, and direct work.
• Appraise performance and address complaints; build positive associate morale.
• Coordinate all shipping/receiving with transportation; oversee inventory control and rotation.
• Manage Shipping/Receiving Department, Inventory, Repack, Gate, or Night Loading; maintain orderly work environment.
• Approve and maintain employee time; schedule vacations and absences; train on OSHA monthly trainings.
• Perform duties as assigned by management; ensure compliance with company policies.
