Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a Supervisor Production to lead a functional hourly team in a Cincinnati manufacturing plant. You will train, coach, and guide staff to ensure quality, efficiency, safety, service, and cost performance on daily operations.

The role focuses on the current week, coordinates performance tools and rapid improvements, and communicates daily, weekly, and monthly objectives. 2nd shift: 3:00pm–11:00pm; weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising hourly associates in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of HACCP, ISO Standards, Six Sigma, and Lean Principles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with SAP, CONA, SharePoint, PHRED, Kronos, Livelink a plus.
• Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs and stand for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, lead, and motivate a team to deliver results and meet quality, safety, and production goals.
• Check production output against specifications and report on performance and improvements.
• Lead cross-functional meetings, coordinate maintenance, and ensure safe equipment use.
• Plan resources and quickly resolve work interruptions to meet targets.
• Train new employees and ensure adherence to standard work practices.
• Set and communicate daily, weekly, and monthly objectives to staff.
• Maintain staffing schedules and organize workflow across shifts.
