Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated Indianapolis is seeking a Supervisor Production to guide hourly teams in daily manufacturing operations. You will coach staff, ensure quality and safety, and drive continuous improvements in a fast-paced plant environment.

Responsibilities include supervising, planning, training, and meeting weekly objectives while coordinating with cross-functional teams. The role requires leadership and a focus on Lean principles and GMP compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years work experience in manufacturing or related field.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field (5-7 years experience FF).
• Knowledge of HACCP, ISO standards, Six Sigma, Lean principles.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, lead, and motivate a team to meet quality, safety, and production goals.
• Check production output against specifications and report on performance.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and ensure safe equipment use and maintenance.
• Plan resources and resolve interruptions to meet results.
• Train new employees on procedures and safety.
• Set and communicate daily to monthly objectives.
• Maintain staffing and workflow schedules.
