Job summary

Coca-Cola UNITED is seeking an Operator – Machine Lead to produce quality beverage products on continuous motion packaging lines. You will lead a production work team, troubleshoot equipment, and coordinate changeovers to minimize downtime.

The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a focus on safety and GMP compliance. Weekend and overtime as needed are part of the schedule in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, or flexible schedule.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Operate and perform intermediate troubleshooting on equipment.
• Identify and resolve line bottlenecks; communicate issues to maintenance personnel.
• Perform product change over on multiple pieces of equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment in accordance with ISO Good Manufacturing Practices standards.
