Job summary

ABARTA Coca-Cola Beverages, LLC seeks a Production Supervisor to train and coach hourly associates, ensuring daily activities meet quality, safety, and cost targets in a manufacturing plant. The role focuses on the current week, coordinating performance tools to drive rapid improvements, and guiding day-to-day production operations with weekly objectives.

The shift runs Tuesday through Friday with some Saturdays, 3:30 pm to 2:30 am.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent required.
• 6 months to 1 year related experience or training.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business materials.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Ability to apply basic math and logical reasoning.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production to achieve high productivity and maintain quality.
• Monitor line productivity and ensure procedures are followed.
• Communicate maintenance issues clearly and timely.
• Enforce OSHA safety policies and housekeeping standards.
• Assist with training and orientation of new staff.
