JOB DETAILS

Base Pay: $21.00 per hour

1st shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00 am to 6:00 pm

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Lead associate is responsible for supervising the line and reading production schedules, customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items to be gathered and distributed for production, adhering to quality standards and procedures.

• Establish priorities, provide direction, assign tasks, coordinate, and support the team to ensure productivity and initiative
• Prior lead experience or assistant management experience is a plus
• Maintain high-level quality control within the department
• Determine work assignments and equipment needs based on work orders and/or oral instructions
• Complete daily logs
• Wear the proper PPE
• Working knowledge of warehouse functions and operations
• Ability to take directions and multi-task in a fast-paced environment without supervision
• Weekends may be required to meet business needs

Qualifications

• Ability to walk, stand, and climb for 12 hours
• Strong computer skills in Excel and Word
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly, above shoulder height and below waist
• Frequently bends, squats, climbs, kneels, twists, push/pull, and reaches overhead
• Use hands frequently for grasping, manipulation, and push/pull activities
• Commitment to working safely at all times
• High importance placed on producing quality products
