Job summary

RX2 Solutions LLC is seeking a System Support Analyst for a 100% onsite role in Norristown, PA. The contract position starts in November/December 2026 and involves monitoring critical IT environments, triaging issues, and coordinating incident resolution to ensure high availability.

The successful candidate will have experience monitoring, troubleshooting, and supporting production systems, with strong written and verbal communication to document incidents and provide clear handoffs.

Qualifications

• Experience monitoring, troubleshooting, and supporting production systems in critical IT environments.
• Broad technical knowledge of enterprise hardware, software, infrastructure, and applications.
• Experience using monitoring platforms to interpret alerts, investigate system issues, and identify potential failures.

Responsibilities

• Monitor enterprise systems, applications, and infrastructure to identify alerts, performance issues, and service disruptions.
• Investigate technical incidents, diagnose problems, and perform initial troubleshooting to restore normal operations.
• Follow established recovery procedures and implement corrective measures to minimize service interruptions.
• Escalate complex incidents to specialized technical teams while coordinating resolution efforts and tracking progress.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, application support, and other IT teams to resolve operational issues.
• Assess incident severity, prioritize competing issues, and determine appropriate response actions.
• Maintain detailed incident records, communicate operational updates, and provide thorough handoffs to ensure continuity.
