Job summary

RTX is seeking a Systems Engineer II for an onsite role in Las Cruces, NM, supporting a 24/7 operations environment. The position requires rotating day/night shifts and non-scheduled call-ins, with an active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly before start.

You will maintain and troubleshoot complex software and hardware systems, document anomalies, and cross-train teammates while contributing to secure, reliable mission-critical operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM fields preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of engineering experience or equivalent.
• Active TS/SCI CI Poly clearance required before start date.

Responsibilities

• Operations and maintenance of complex software and hardware systems.
• Report and document anomalous performance and coordinate corrective actions.
• Crosstrain in other areas and assist training of contract team.
• Support 24/7 operations with rotating day/night shifts.
• Handle non-scheduled call-ins.
