LOCATION: Norristown, PA - 100% Onsite
START DATE: November/December 2026
SHIFT: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM-7:00 PM or 7:00 PM-7:00 AM, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
We are seeking an IT Operations Analyst to support the reliability and performance of critical technology systems. This role focuses on monitoring enterprise environments, troubleshooting technical issues, and coordinating incident resolution to maintain service availability. The ideal candidate has broad technical knowledge and hands-on experience supporting production IT operations.
