Job summary

Interon IT Solutions in Malvern, PA is seeking a production support professional to assist portfolio managers and traders, investigate incidents, and ensure stable operation of critical applications. The role is onsite five days per week with relocation possible after offer acceptance.

The ideal candidate has strong investment industry knowledge, production support experience, and familiarity with AWS, Python, and Java, plus excellent communication and problem-solving skills for interactions

Qualifications

Strong investment industry knowledge and ability to work with portfolio managers.
Experience supporting production applications and troubleshooting live issues.
Working knowledge of AWS and Python; familiarity with Java.
Ability to read and trace application and system logs.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Support production applications used by portfolio managers and traders.
Investigate incidents, analyze logs, and trace issues through relevant systems.
Troubleshoot problems in a trading environment and coordinate with technical teams.
Communicate issue status, findings and resolutions clearly to business users and technical teams.
Provide responsive support to portfolio managers and other investment professionals.
