Job summary

Con Edison is seeking a Production Support Manager to ensure the operational stability of core enterprise platforms supporting its Clean Energy organizations. You will lead Tier 1 and Tier 2 specialists, manage developers and DBAs, and drive rapid incident resolution within SLAs while delivering proactive platform enhancements.

You will focus on Salesforce-based solutions, SQL‑developed tools, and robust data reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a multi-tier support team.
• Experience ensuring stability of enterprise platforms.
• Experience with incident resolution within defined SLAs.
• Ability to coordinate between business users and technical teams.
• Experience with Salesforce platform and SQL-based tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee reliability and usability of critical business applications across the CES portfolio.
• Focus on Salesforce, SQL tools, and data reporting capabilities.
• Directly manage a team of developers and DBAs.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) to drive permanent corrections.
• Implement proactive system enhancements to improve performance.
