Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS, engineering, or math with 5+ years IT experience.
Experience developing and supporting enterprise applications.
Experience with data, BI tools, and systems integration.

Responsibilities

Lead, supervise, and develop assigned employees ensuring safety and productivity.
Manage performance reviews, coaching, and development planning.
Develop and enhance work management systems (Engage, GIS, DataSplice, Maximo).
Collaborate with field, vendors, and IT to implement improvements.
Oversee testing, deployment, and user support of technology solutions.
Manage projects from planning to delivery and budget oversight.
Handle vendor/contract/admin duties.
Champion safety and compliance.
