Con Edison is seeking a Production Support Manager to lead a multi-tiered team responsible for the stability and performance of core enterprise platforms, with emphasis on Salesforce, data reporting, and ERP integrations. The role emphasizes incident management, RCA, and proactive improvements across the clean energy portfolio.

- Strong background navigating SDLC in Agile or Hybrid environments.
- Experience coordinating code deployments and CI/CD with DevOps teams.
- Proven ability to analyze logs, perform RCA, and drive fixes.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, OBIEE).
- Familiar with SAFe Agile program management and UAT/SIT testing.
Responsabilidades
- Lead a multi-tiered production support team and manage incident resolution within SLAs.
- Architect and refine production support frameworks and proactive, predictive support.
- Oversee lifecycle of Salesforce platform, data reporting, and integrations with ERP systems.
- Collaborate with business users, Digital Product teams, and software developers.
- Develop and maintain runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge base; champion automation.
