Publicis Sapient is seeking a Production Support Analyst in Boston to back Trade Operations applications. You will learn the end-to-end trade lifecycle and support critical systems, including trade matching, settlement, and vendor/custodian integrations.

You will investigate issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate resolutions with cross-functional teams, vendors, and business users in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong Java and SQL skills and experience supporting production systems.
• Knowledge of debugging, root cause analysis, and incident management.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled engineering tools and practices.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support for Trade Operations technology applications.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve data or application issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and drive issue resolution across teams.
