Job summary

Publicis Sapient is seeking a Production Support professional for Trade Operations applications in Boston, MA. You will learn the end-to-end trade lifecycle, including trade matching, settlement, and vendor/custodian integrations, while ensuring stability of business-critical systems.

Responsibilities include incident management, issue resolution, and collaboration with business users, developers, vendors, and custodians.

Qualifications

• Strong Java and SQL skills.
• Understanding of application support, debugging, and problem-solving techniques.
• Knowledge of AI-enabled engineering tools and practices.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Nice-to-have: AWS, JavaScript/React, and exposure to Financial Services or Capital Markets.

• Perform root cause analysis and coordinate issue resolution across teams.

Additional information

Pay Range: $80,000 - $100,000

The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work itself.
