Qualifications

• 3+ years of Production Support experience or equivalent.
• 3+ years in a Linux environment with day-to-day command familiarity.
• Experience writing SQL to query data for investigation and reporting.
• Experience with an application performance monitoring tool (AppDynamics/Introscope/Dynatrace).
• Experience with Splunk or similar log aggregation tool and strong root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day Production Support operations for the technology platform.
• Handle Incident/Problem Management, Release/Deployment, and Operational Readiness.
• Monitor applications/services and maintain metrics and reports.
• Identify failure scenarios, create tickets, and drive troubleshooting and resolution.
• Develop and enforce policies/procedures to improve reliability and governance.
