Three Rivers Energy is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee the production team and processes, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity while aligning with company policies and objectives.

The role requires supervising the production process, mentoring staff, and driving continuous improvement in efficiency and waste reduction. Strong communication and leadership abilities are essential for success in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Legal authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis.
• Experience in operating an ethanol plant (desirable).
• Experience in FDA-regulated or food environment (desirable).
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and work in heights or confined spaces.
• Read, write, and understand English.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the production process in line with policies and procedures.
• Mentors production staff, providing technical guidance and leadership.
• Oversees training of new or existing employees.
• Drives safety, quality, and productivity improvements.
• Communicates with management and monitors utility usage.
