Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or production supervision.
• Experience leading production teams and meeting goals.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and make quick decisions.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and quality requirements.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with production reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and provide daily direction to production employees.
• Coordinate production schedules, staffing, and workflow to meet daily production goals.
• Monitor production processes and address equipment, quality, or operational issues.
• Ensure employees follow safety procedures, work instructions, and quality standards.
• Track production output, downtime, scrap, and other performance metrics.
• Work with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Management to resolve issues.
• Conduct shift meetings and communicate goals, priorities, and updates.
• Monitor attendance, performance, productivity, and conduct.
• Support training, coaching, and corrective action processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, reduce waste, and increase efficiency.
• Maintain accurate production records, reports, and shift documentation.
• Promote a clean, organized, and safety-focused environment.
