Job summary

You'll supervise 10+ employees, utilize micrometers and calipers, maintain quality and safety standards, and communicate clearly across teams in English.

Qualifications

• Experience with micrometers, calipers and tape measures.
• Experience leading 10+ employees.
• Basic math and mechanical skills.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Flexibility with production hours.
• Ability to train employees on equipment.
• 5S and Lean training are a plus.
• Maintain safe, productive work environment.
• Attention to detail and daily problem solving.
• Follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Direct the safe and efficient operation of the department.
• Monitor and drive plant performance indicators.
• Align priorities with production demand.
• Lead weekend shift: Fri-Sun 5:00am–5:00pm in Tulsa, OK.
• Train and supervise employees on mills and equipment.
